Stress Reduction...relief

Stress management, stress reduction, stress relief, you have heard these words many times.  And if you are like me you have tried a million things.   

Since watching "What the Bleep" and studing what Dr. Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton and all of thse guys have put forth...that the brain either is in "survival mode" or "creation mode", I have discovered something beyond this in my opinion. 

According to Dr. Joe: you are either using the brain's neuro-nets from the "past" or creating new neuro-nets everyday and tapping into the quantum field...and creating something new, and creating that "new" without all the stress response neuro-nets from the past!  I believe this is true, but I no longer see it to be such a simplistic issue.

After studying and working with Somatic Experiencing I have understood and experienced that it's not just the brain!  and it's just not working with these neuro-nets.  There is an intelligence and the instincts of the body... were are not just brains and not even just brains and spirits, were are human animals...yikes, I hear some folks saying oh please not me I am too spiritual.  What is your belief, I have mine too, the reality is that there is trauma stored in the body, and that animals don't store the trauma.  And I am not an authority on this for sure, but Dr. Levine (developer of Somatic Experiencing) has studied this trauma issue for close to 40 years now.

Our human body is an animal also, it has instincts like animals, however we also have brains and neocortex's that actually interfere with the body's intelligence to simply release the trauma and just move on.
